Shaheen Bagh shooter’s kin asked to join probe

The Special Investigation Team of Crime Branch has sent a notice to the father and brother of Kapil Baisla, the Shaheen Bagh shooter, to join the probe. After giving a video statement on Tuesday, Baisla’s father, Gaje Singh, and brother switched off their mobile phones and refused to join the investigation. It was found that the phone from which police had recovered the photographs of Baisla and his father joining AAP had only a handful of numbers saved, mostly belonging to his friends.
