CSE slams DMRC over poor integration

The Centre for Science and Environment (CSE) study claimed that after last year's fare hike, Delhi Metro became the second-most unaffordable service in the world among the cities that charge less than a US dollar for a trip. It held total journey cost and of poor integration of different systems as the reason for falling ridership.
